| 5. Now take the pinned strip sets to your sewing machine & sew across each drawn line until you reach the end of the strip set. See Fig. 7. |
| 6. Place strip set horizontally on your cutting mat with the first line of stitching (1 1/4" from edge of strip) on your left. Lay the 1/4" line of your ruler on the stitching line and make a cut along the edge of the ruler *. This will leave you with a 1/4" seam allowance (See Fig. 9) Make sure this cut is to the right of your stitching line :-) See Fig. 8. |

| 7. Take these units (Fig. 9) to your ironing surface. Set your seams and then press units open. See Fig. 10 |
| Voila! You have made several four patch units in just a few minutes & they were easy peasy! See Fig. 11. I hope you'll give this method a try; I'm sure you'll enjoy it! Becca ;-) |
